CloserHire in Barcelona seeks a Customer Support Representative (Danish) to assist customers via chat, email and phone, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced international environment. Your role includes handling account-related queries, providing product or platform support, troubleshooting basic problems and maintaining a positive customer experience.

39h weekly, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, on-site in Barcelona. Relocation support: €500 reimbursement after month 1.

Formación

• Fluent Danish and strong English communication.
• Experience in customer support or contact centre preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

A Customer Support Representative (Danish) is responsible for assisting customers via chat, email, and phone, helping resolve queries efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service. The role involves handling account-related issues, providing product or platform support, troubleshooting basic problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.39h: M-F, 9-18. For an electric vehicle brand projects, candidates must have previous experience or strong knowledge of electric vehicles — this is considered paramount for the role.

Your Profile

• Fluent Danish + strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Previous customer support, customer service, or contact centre experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
