Kats Recruitment seeks a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona, Benalmádena, or Valencia. On-site role handling inquiries, providing high-quality support, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include channel-based queries, accurate case logging, building product knowledge in EVs, and assisting with process improvements. Fixed schedule Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00, with relocation assistance where applicable.

Formación

• Native or proficient Danish and fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role; automotive/EV sector a plus.
• Basic IT skills: MS Office, Windows, internet navigation.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable mindset.

• Log all cases accurately within the system and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge related to the EV sector.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coverage during peak workloads or absences.
• Perform administrative tasks including attendance tracking and scheduled sessions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives guided by team supervisors and mentors.

Job Title: Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Benalmádena (Málaga), or Valencia, Spain (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time (39 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00)

About the Role

We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting leading electric vehicle brands. Based on-site in Barcelona, Benalmádena, or Valencia, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
  
• Log all cases accurately within the system and resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge related to the electric vehicle sector.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coverage during peak workloads or absences.
  
• Perform administrative tasks including attendance tracking and scheduled sessions.
  
• Participate in process improvement initiatives guided by team supervisors and mentors.
  

Requirements

• Languages: Native or proficient level in Danish, plus fluent English.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service role. Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector is a strong advantage.
  
• Technical Skills: Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, Windows navigation, general internet configuration).
  
• Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, collaboration, and adaptability.
