The lemon Consulting in Benalmádena, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Online Bank Advisor to support Danish-speaking customers. The role follows a hybrid work model after a trial period and offers a base gross salary of €20,400 per year plus a potential bonus.

The total on-target earnings can reach €22,560 with performance bonuses. Responsibilities include assisting customers with accounts and digital banking services, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service

Formación

• Fluent Danish (C2) verbal and written; sound command in English (B2+).

Position: Customer Service Representative / Online Bank Advisor

Location: Benalmádena, Spain

Work model: Hybrid (after trial)

Comp €20,400 gross annually , €1,700 gross per month

Performance bonus up to €2,160 gross annually ,up to €180 per month (OTE €22,560 gross annually, averaging €1,880 gross per month)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking banking customers
• Handle enquiries relating to customer accounts and banking services
• Assist customers with the use of online and digital banking services
• Resolve account, payment and transaction-related issues
• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding banking services
• Handle financial and customer information accurately and confidentially
• Use transaction-processing and credit-assessment systems
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Danish (C2) both verbal and written. Sound command in English (B2+ level)
• Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail when handling financial information
• Comfortable working with digital systems and software
• Ability to handle account, payment and transaction-related enquiries
• Professional and responsible approach when handling sensitive customer information
• Willingness to work on-site in Benalmádena.
