Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a hybrid, full-time team. You will onboard clients, launch high-performing campaigns and drive adoption, growth, and upsell opportunities with Nordic exposure.

You'll manage B2B accounts, analyze performance, and leverage CRM tools and AI-driven workflows to optimize outreach. Relocation support to Barcelona is provided, with a gross annual salary of €23,876 plus up to €3,408 bonus.

Formación

• Danish C2 and English C1 proficiency.
• 20+ months in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Target-driven with strong presentation and engagement skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows; degree counts too.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching PPC campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients via outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Analyze performance, minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities.
• Use CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.
