Cross Border Talents seeks a Danish-speaking Onboarding Account Manager for the Danish/Nordic market. Hybrid setup in Barcelona, with relocation support.

You will onboard clients, launch high-performing PPC campaigns, and drive growth while managing a B2B portfolio and leveraging CRM and AI for outreach. Required are Danish (C2) and English (C1), 20+ months in sales/marketing, CRM familiarity, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Formación

C2 Danish and C1 English proficiency required.
20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
Comfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagement.
Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is a plus; experience counts.

Responsabilidades

Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaigns.
Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies.
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling.
Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.

Your Mission

As a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will:
