Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an Ads Onboarding Account Manager for Barcelona with a hybrid work setup and relocation package. You will guide new advertisers on Google Ads onboarding, from account setup to launch and early optimization, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term growth.

Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, offering strategic consultation, and coaching clients to improve performance while exploring upsell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1)
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology and digital advertising
• Curious, motivated and eager to continue learning and developing professionally

Responsibilities

• Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience
• Strategic Consultation: Understand client objectives and recommend customized advertising strategies
• Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize data-driven PPC campaigns following best practices
• Client Coaching: Educate and support clients via calls, video meetings, and email to improve campaign performance
• Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling opportunities by introducing advanced tools and expansion options
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and continuously refine strategies
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless onboarding journey
• Platform Expertise: Stay informed about Google Ads updates, tools, and industry trends to provide expert guidance
