Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Onboarding Account Manager for the Danish market. You will onboard and support high-potential Danish clients, act as a trusted advisor, and drive product adoption while identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include designing PPC campaigns, outbound outreach, and maintaining CRM data. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with a diverse, international team, enjoying private health insurance and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Minimum 20+ months in sales/marketing client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and design high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to engage businesses and present tailored advertising solutions.
• Understand client objectives and craft strategies for short- and long-term growth.
• Increase campaign investment through upselling and optimization.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems.
• Handle high daily call volumes while delivering excellent customer experience.
