Lingo-nova is hiring in Barcelona to drive digital marketing ads campaigns for a growing client base. You will onboard clients, craft high-performing PPC campaigns, promote company products, and interpret client objectives to tailor solutions.

The role requires 2 years of sales/marketing experience with client-facing responsibilities, strong CRM usage, and an ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Hybrid work model in Barcelona is offered.

Qualifications

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BA/BS degree OR equivalent work experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Language Skills: C2 level proficiency in both Danish and English.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments (preferably).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
• Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
• Regularly integrate AI tools into workflows and interpret insights to personalize outreach.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.

• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
