Factorial HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid growth across DACH, French and UK & ROW GTM teams. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Directors to lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring hires align with our fast-paced culture and global expansion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to anticipate talent needs, craft engaging outreach, and continually improve the candidate experience across

Formación

• Fluent English is a must for this international role.
• Experience recruiting for international Western, ROW and Global markets is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and Directors across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews and coordination with hiring teams.
• Screen candidates via resume reviews, phone interviews, assessments and behavioural interviews.
• Advise teams across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and more to understand needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans across channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
• Support People Analytics, Recruitment Training and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
