Factorial is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top talent across the DACH, French and UK & ROW go-to-market teams as we expand globally from Barcelona. This role will be essential to elevate the business and build top talent for our world-wide growth.

You will partner with Hiring Managers and Directors, manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, and contribute to People Analytics and recruitment training while thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural

Formación

• Fluent English is a must.
• German or French is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for international markets.
• Ability to juggle GTM roles across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process with interviews and coordination.
• Screen candidates via resumes, phone screens, assessments, and behavioural interviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Marketing and other teams to understand needs.
• Propose talent strategies, sourcing events, and community efforts.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout all stages.
• Source passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Support People Analytics, recruitment training and diversity initiatives.
