Embat, a fintech SaaS company, is expanding its DACH presence. The Field Marketing Specialist will own offline marketing and events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland from Madrid in a hybrid setup.

You’ll work with local leadership and a central marketing squad to deliver high-impact experiences. You’ll plan roundtables, VIP dinners, and major trade shows, crafting local messaging to resonate with CFOs and treasurers, and drive real pipeline for the sales team.

Formación

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event management, or tech corporate hospitality.
• Native German speaker with professional English ability and strong cross-cultural communication.
• Data-driven marketer with a track record of ROI-focused events and pipeline impact.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute offline DACH marketing and events strategy with a dedicated local budget.
• Plan and run monthly offline formats (roundtables, VIP dinners, industry shows) from sourcing to lead routing.
• Adapt Embat’s tone to the DACH market while preserving brand credibility and identity.
• Identify high-value presences at finance congresses and local treasury meetups to expand footprint.
• Manage regional award submissions and local PR opportunities to strengthen positioning.
• Target CFOs and treasurers; design offline experiences to advance mid-market deals.
