Embat in Madrid is seeking a senior B2B SaaS marketing professional to lead offline marketing and events for the DACH region. You will manage a dedicated local budget and drive pipeline and ARR impact through high-profile formats.

You'll tailor Embat's tone for German CFO audiences, source venues, coordinate roundtables, VIP dinners, and major trade shows, and work with sales to convert event-led leads.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or events experience.
• Native German speaker with professional English.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Fintech/ERP ecosystem exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute our offline DACH marketing and events strategy with a dedicated local budget.
• Plan and run monthly offline event formats from venue sourcing to post-event lead routing.
• Adapt Embat’s tone for the DACH market to sound precise, credible, and locally resonant.
• Scout and secure high-value presences at major finance congresses and local treasury meetups.
• Identify and manage regional award submissions and PR opportunities for the region.
• Master our Ideal Customer Profile (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) for sharper targeting.
• Design targeted offline experiences that help the sales team move high-value mid-market deals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute our offline DACH marketing and events strategy, managing a dedicated local budget optimized for pipeline and ARR impact
• Plan and run monthly offline event formats (proprietary roundtables, exclusive VIP dinners, and major industry trade shows) from initial venue sourcing to post-event lead routing
• Adapt Embat’s tone for the DACH market, ensuring our offline presence sounds precise, credible, and locally resonant without losing our core identity
• Scout and secure high-value presences at major finance congresses, local treasury meetups, and offline networks to expand our physical footprint
• Identify and manage regional award submissions and local PR opportunities to strengthen Embat’s positioning in the region
• Master our Ideal Customer Profile (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) to continually sharpen our targeting and messaging
• Design targeted offline experiences that help the sales team break into target accounts and advance high-value mid-market deals

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event management, or tech corporate hospitality
• Previous experience within Fintech, Next-Gen Finance, or ERP ecosystems is a huge plus
• Strong project management skills
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to adopt AI tools to maximise daily operational efficiency
• Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and precision required when hosting German CFOs
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive working independently and taking initiative, but value seamless teamwork
• Native German speaker, confident and professional in English
