Job summary

fonio.ai in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager for Activation in the DACH region. You will own the first weeks of the customer journey, setting up the AI assistant, testing and fine-tuning, and getting it live on their phone line.

You will spend most time on onboarding calls and exploring the fonio platform to tailor each setup for customers from Munich, Vienna, or Zurich, learning features and driving activation across markets.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or a strong graduate profile.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding calls with new DACH customers and set up their AI assistant.
• Translate customer needs into working setups: prompts, knowledge base, call transfers, notifications and integrations.
• Test and fine-tune assistants until they’re live and functioning.
• Help customers connect their phone systems and enable call forwarding.
• Follow up with customers who signed but aren’t active yet.
• Learn platform features and identify best setup for each use case.
• Provide feedback to Product/CS to improve templates and guides.
