Job summary

Nord Recruitment partners with a fast-scaling DTC beauty brand to hire a Senior Creative Strategist. This remote, full-time role owns the creative strategy for a pod including 2 editors and 1 designer, driving direct-response results as spend scales toward $15M/month. You’ll report to the COO/Head of Creative and influence testing and optimization.

You’ll lead concept briefs, push for performance, and collaborate with marketing to tie creative to revenue. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifications

• Proven direct-response background and ability to build creative that sells.
• Ability to take an angle from insight to brief to execution and justify before live.
• Experience leading a creative team or pod of editors/designers.
• Very performance-driven, scaling spend via creative results.
• Familiar with AI tools and modern production workflows to move fast.
• Excellent English briefs writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for your pod, from ideation and briefing to delivery.
• Develop and brief concepts with real direct-response thinking behind them.
• Lead your pod of 2 video editors and 1 graphic designer.
• Run the testing pipeline and decide what to push, iterate, or kill.
• Work directly with the COO / Head of Creative and performance marketing to connect creative to business results.
