Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for the Czech market. You will lead from initial contact to closing subscriptions and hand over the account to the Customer Experience team after onboarding.

The role offers 4 weeks of comprehensive training, a permanent contract, and a base salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus uncapped commissions. A 50% hybrid model applies after ramp-up, with travel and expenses covered by the company.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Czech and English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound).
• Must reside in Spain and be available aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approx. 80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
