Career Nest Academy in Madrid seeks an Account Executive to drive the Czech market with a full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing subscriptions—for a leading e-commerce search technology company. This hybrid role requires Czech and English proficiency and 1–6 years of sales experience.

The base salary is 30,000 EUR gross per year with uncapped commissions; onboarding is about four weeks on-site, then 50% hybrid.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Czech.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
