The Career Nest Hub in Madrid is seeking a bilingual Account Executive to lead the Czech market, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription.

This hybrid role requires Czech and English proficiency, residency in Spain, and US time-zone availability, with four weeks of onboarding on-site and monthly travel afterward.

The compensation includes a base of €30k with uncapped commissions and clear ramp targets, plus growth opportunities to AE2/AE3 levels.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual Czech proficiency.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
