The Career Nest Hub in Madrid is hiring an Account Executive focused on the Czech market. This hybrid role entails managing the full sales cycle for subscriptions, conducting client meetings, and closing deals while coordinating with the Customer Experience team after signup.

Requirements include native Czech and English, 1–6 years in outbound sales, strong cold-calling discipline, and comfort with KPI-driven targets. On-site onboarding in Madrid precedes hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual Czech required.
• Native or bilingual English required.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR/ outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain.
• Excellent comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trials, conversions and MRR.
