The Career Nest is seeking an Account Executive in Madrid to drive the full sales cycle for the Czech market. This hybrid role requires prospecting, meetings, trials, and closing subscriptions for our e-commerce search tech client.

You will manage 80-100 calls daily, align with US time zones during onboarding, and participate in a comprehensive 4-week on-site ramp in Madrid, followed by monthly on-site visits. English and Czech fluency are essential.

Formación

• Native-level Czech required.
• English proficiency required.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/ SDR/ outbound).
• Must already reside in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription closure.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Handle high call volume (80–100 calls per day).
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trials, and MRR.
