The Career Nest in Madrid is hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the Czech market in a hybrid role. The first month requires on-site onboarding in Madrid; after ramp, on-site presence is about once per month with travel covered by the company.

Requirements: native/bilingual Czech and English; 1–6 years commercial experience; must reside in Spain; comfortable with cold-calling and KPI targets; availability aligned with US time zones.

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Czech.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience.
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
