Werfen is seeking a Product Manager Biotechnology (Cytogenetics) TEMPORAL to drive product strategy and lifecycle management for cytogenetics solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to position solutions, expand market share, and navigate regulatory requirements.

You will install instruments, train users, prepare tenders and marketing materials, and engage with distributors and customers to ensure successful product launches and adoption across key accounts.

Formación

• Experience in cytogenetics product management or related biotech fields.
• Ability to drive product strategy and lifecycle in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Install Metasystems’ instruments and perform user training.
• Prepare tenders, writing the technical part in collaboration with Sales and tenders department.
• Work closely with the sales team to update, install systems and troubleshoot.
• Maintain contact with represented companies, communicating forecasts, issues, and product information.
• Stay updated on market needs and competitor analysis.
• Provide the commercial network with value-based counterarguments to objections.
• Prepare marketing material: brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
• Prepare product registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, inserts, and mandatory documents.
• Prepare and participate in Workshops, Congresses, and other events.
