Werfen is seeking a Product Manager with cytogenetics expertise to drive market growth and strategy for our cytogenetics solutions in Spain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position solutions, support tenders, and train distributors and sales staff.

The role involves developing marketing materials and ensuring regulatory and safety documentation while maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and customers. Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• University degree in Biology, Chemistry or Biotechnology; focus on Molecular Biology and Cytogenetics.
• Experience with cytogenetics instruments; preferably Metasystems.
• Spanish fluent; Portuguese desirable.
• Practical experience and knowledge in Cytogenetics; knowledge of Metasystems solution desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Install Metasystems instruments and train users.
• Prepare the technical part of tenders in collaboration with Sales Application Specialist and tenders department.
• Collaborate with sales to update, install systems and troubleshoot.
• Maintain contact with represented companies; communicate forecasts, incidents and product information.
• Prepare marketing materials: brochures, catalogs and presentations; product registrations and safety files.
• Train commercial network members (Area Managers, KAMs, SAS).
• Comply with Werfen Code of Ethics.
