Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a CX Business Planning & Analytics Associate who loves numbers and turning data into decisions. You will own the analysis of financial movements, forecasting and target setting for Factorial's Customer Experience organisation.

You'll build models, analyze churn and revenue movements, and craft executive-ready slides for All Hands and leadership reviews, while communicating clearly in English. Spanish language skills at B2 level are required.

Formación

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets—build models, clean data, pivots, index/match, scenario analysis.
• Numerical reasoning: derive insights from datasets without context.
• Logical, structured thinking: break problems into parts and defend conclusions.
• Clear communication in English: explain models to non-experts.
• Spanish: minimum B2 level required.

Responsabilidades

• Track and analyse MRR and revenue movements across the CX portfolio.
• Build planning models to convert company goals into team and individual targets.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights from historical data.
• Create executive-level slide decks for All Hands and management reviews.
