Factorial in Barcelona is seeking a Business Analyst to empower the SDR organization to scale across five European markets by delivering forecasts, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional execution. You’ll partner with SDR leadership to align performance metrics and enable data-driven decisions.

You’ll own KPI design, dashboards, and capacity planning to support multi-market coverage. This role is the operational backbone for cross-country collaboration and process optimization that drives

• 3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations.
• Experience across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot).
