Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market. You will be the first point of contact for customers in Spanish, working from home. The role includes training in English and later providing support for a global brand.

We offer paid training, health insurance from day one, and an apartment option. This position involves 40 hours per week, 12-month term with probation and rotating shifts across days and nights in a supportive, multicultural team.

Compensation (monthly gross, based on 22 working days)

• €1,262.33 total gross per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a meal allowance (€7/day)
• Or, if you choose the company apartment: €1,259.33 total gross package per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances, meal allowance and free accommodation (valued at €200). Cash portion: €1,059.33
• Training allowance: €18.56/day gross, paid for successfully completed training

Contract & conditions

• 12-month fixed term with a 1-month trial period; permanent after 2 years
• 40 hours/week (8h + 1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday rotation
• 22 days of vacation per year (proportional in the first year) + Portuguese public holidays

Accommodation option

Live in a fully furnished, company-rented apartment for at least your first 14 months, with all utilities covered. Available only to candidates currently living more than 100 km from the workplace. Employees only, no pets.
