Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You’ll respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat, delivering clear information and empathy to resolve issues in a fast-paced digital environment.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal, able to work in Lisbon, and comfortable with full-time 40-hour weeks on a rotating schedule.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
