Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary contact for German-speaking customers across email, chat, and phone, delivering high-quality support with empathy and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, updating CRM records, collaborating with product, logistics, and tech teams, and maintaining support documentation.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
