SAP Academy for Customer Success in Spain offers a 10-month learn-apply program for early-career professionals. You will develop as a Customer Success Manager with classroom and field phases, mentored by a senior CSM, and gain hands-on experience across SAP cloud solutions.

The program emphasizes AI understanding, business transformation, and customer value realization. This hybrid role combines training with real customer-facing activities in a dynamic global team.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value, with experience resolving issues and managing escalations.
• A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, internally and externally.
• Strong learning agility and the ability to apply knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify problems solvable with AI.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes.
• Proficiency in English to engage with a global network.
• Familiarity with AI adoption concepts and practical AI usage in day-to-day tasks.
