Autodesk in Barcelona seeks a Customer Success Advisor for the Manufacturing Industry (German Speaker) to drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization for a diverse portfolio across Territory, Regional, and selected Enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Support to deliver outcomes, build executive relationships, and ensure a high-quality customer experience at scale.

The role requires 3+ years in Customer Success or related fields, background in

• English and German language proficiency required.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting.
• Background in engineering or related fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and adoption strategies for manufacturing workflows.
• Manage a diverse portfolio across Territory, Regional, and select Enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Support to drive outcomes.
• Map customer processes to adoption opportunities using data insights.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts.
• Drive product usage and health through value realization initiatives.
• Execute customer success plans and risk-based actions at scale.
• Communicate effectively in English and German to customers and teams.
