Search AI Company in Barcelona, Spain seeks a Customer Architect with hands‑on experience in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. You will be the trusted technical advisor, onboarding customers, ensuring adoption, and driving expansion of company solutions.

You will work closely with the Account Executive and Solutions Architect to craft Technical Success Plans, align technical objectives with business goals, and eliminate frictions to maximize value and ARR.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre‑sales Engineer role with hands‑on experience in company solutions or equivalent tech.
• Experience with Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search and alignment with business objectives is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with account team to provide ongoing technical coverage while focusing on new deals.
• Define technical success plans for each customer to maximize value.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing consumption of the company solutions.
• Articulate the value proposition and align with customer business goals.
• Identify and remove technical frictions to smooth adoption and implementation.
• Coordinate with support to ensure optimized resolution during adoption.
• Partner with Service Team to deliver tailored solutions meeting customer needs.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for company solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR, with account team taking over when appropriate.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to increase utilization and ARR.
