Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Italian-speaking) for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, log details, and resolve requests within SLA, while maintaining product knowledge relevant to customer applications.

The role offers full-time hours (39 per week), a permanent contract, and training plus opportunities for career development and language courses. Central Barcelona location and referral bonuses are provided.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual Italian and advanced English.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

Your Qualifications

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution
