Job summary

Donaldson in Terrassa, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English to join the Industrial Solutions Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona.

You will manage customer purchase orders, support the sales team, and build strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive business growth across the Export region. The role offers hybrid working arrangements with remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Fluent level of English is required; Turkish knowledge would be a strong asset.
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, export documents, payment terms and CRM are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders.
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies.
• Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, finance, and production to keep all aware of customer activities.
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability.
