Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Agent – Banking to support a major banking partner. The role starts on-site, with a transition to a hybrid model as you settle in, and features an afternoon shift (15:00–22:00) and a 38.5-hour workweek.

You will undergo 25 days of fully paid on-site training at ABAI offices in Rivas, with a base gross salary of €16,919.84 per year plus a €129.27 language allowance and Sunday premium on shifts.

Formación

• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Fluent command of German and Spanish (both oral and written).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; intermediate computer skills.
• Experience in banking customer service or account management is a plus.

• Work Model: On-site initially, transitioning to a Hybrid model (combining remote and office days) as you settle in!

Schedule & Working Hours

• Shift: Afternoon Shift (15:00 – 22:00)
• Weekly Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Salary & Benefits Package

• Gross Salary: €16,919.84 gross/year (€1,409.98 gross/month)
• Language Allowance: Includes a dedicated €129.27/month language bonus
• Sunday Premium: Additional €1.92 gross/hour for Sunday shifts
• Training: 25 days of fully paid, comprehensive on-site training at ABAI offices in Rivas to set you up for absolute success!

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent
• Languages: Fluent command of German and Spanish (both oral and written)
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and intermediate computer skills
• Experience: Previous experience in banking customer service or account management is a big plus!
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
