Job summary

PTC is seeking a Subscription Manager to own renewal strategies for a portfolio of customers in Spain, ensuring on-time renewals and high customer satisfaction. You will engage with customers and partners, align with channel accounts, and drive renewal campaigns to maximize recurring revenue.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across PTC and partners, building trust, forecasting renewal pipelines, and communicating renewal value across the customer organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics and 2+ years in renewal/sales roles.
• Fluent English and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Experience with channel partners or indirect sales.
• Strong organization and time management; detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed renewal targets for perpetual and subscription contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and sales reps.
• Collaborate with partners to align renewal pipeline, forecasting, and order processing.
• Communicate PTC's renewal strategy to stakeholders.
• Drive renewal campaigns to maximize customer value and retention.
