Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior Subscription Manager to own a portfolio of customer subscriptions and coordinate the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. You will identify commercial drift, build a Commercial Roadmap by subscription, forecast renewals, and drive quote-to-booking readiness while balancing value for customers and PTC.

The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure aligned terms, pricing, and renewal pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Business, Management or Technology background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned subscription portfolio and drive end-to-end renewal lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a clear Commercial Roadmap for assigned accounts, including renewal strategy and risks.
• Provide commercial guidance by connecting contract structure, pricing, product configuration, policy requirements, and account strategy.
• Identify customer lifecycle state, renewal risk, downgrade signals, and opportunities; propose appropriate commercial actions.
• Forecast renewal and commercial outcomes with accurate data and pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product and others to progress the Commercial motion.
• Drive quote-to-booking readiness and timely customer engagement to improve predictability.
• Support adoption of strategic initiatives, tools, processes, and programs.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement while modeling PTC values.
