Aircall in Madrid is seeking a Customer Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success. You will be the technical partner guiding onboarding, integrations, adoption, and expansion across a portfolio of customers.

Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Product and Support to translate technical concepts into business value. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Italian a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for mid-market or enterprise.
• Strong API, integration, and webhooks experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and business apps.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong multi-project management and customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Italian a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of new customers for a smooth go-live.
• Configure integrations and help customers connect Aircall with their existing tech stack.
• Drive product adoption by providing technical guidance and best-practice recommendations.
• Support customers in adopting new features, including Aircall's AI products.
• Monitor customer health and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
• Partner with Account Managers during renewals and expansion with technical insights.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and provide feedback for product improvements.
