Online Psychiatry, a UK mental health company, is seeking an intern to be the first point of contact for patients and to help run the clinic behind the scenes from its Barcelona office. The role is hybrid, with both patient-facing and operational responsibilities.

You will assist with inquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone, guide patients through booking, and help onboarding of new psychiatrists while ensuring billing and administration stay accurate and on time.

Formación

• Empathy and warmth are essential qualities.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and comfort working with patients daily.
• Proficient English, written and spoken, as interactions are with UK-based patients.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for patient enquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Support patients through the booking process with warmth, clarity and patience.
• Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Manage and update patient workflows in the booking system with accuracy.
