Job summary

Evotym in Spain is seeking a Head of Payments to scale and orchestrate payment operations across its iGaming platform. You will lead cross‑functional teams, identify gaps, and implement practical improvements that move payment initiatives forward.

You’ll shape payment infrastructure and PSP relationships to support multi‑market needs, improve approval rates, and balance cost with reliability. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role with a lasting impact on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in iGaming, with 3+ years in payments.
• Proven track record leading teams and shaping processes.
• Experience across markets with varying regulatory frameworks.
• Ownership of wider payments function including operations and performance.
• Strategic yet hands-on approach with ability to turn insights into improvements.
• Strong communication and fluency in Russian, Ukrainian and English.

Responsibilities

• Build effective processes and ways of working across teams, identifying gaps and bottlenecks and driving improvements through to completion.
• Strengthen collaboration across the business so payment priorities and initiatives are coordinated effectively.
• Develop the payment infrastructure and PSP approach to support the needs of the iGaming business across different markets.
• Improve approval rates and other key payment metrics by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and coordinating practical solutions.
• Optimize payment costs while balancing performance, reliability, and market coverage.
• Work with the team leads to set priorities, resolve operational challenges, and keep improvements moving.
• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to shape payment capabilities, integrations, and expansion into new markets.
