Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to coordinate onboard hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences aboard Grand Circle Cruise Line ships. You will lead the front desk, housekeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure quality service.

The role requires prior passenger ship experience, fluent English, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills. A Seaman’s book and STCW certifications are required and employee-funded.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience on passenger ships.
• Fluent command of English.
• Strong attention to quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
• Seaman’s book issued by the country of residence or by the flag state Malta.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve traveler concerns professionally and with a service-focused approach.
• Organize and manage smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Oversee the front desk area and gift shop, while sharing responsibility for the housekeeping department.
• Manage cost, revenue, and inventory administration accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise general administrative tasks across all departments.
