JD.COM in Madrid is seeking an experienced Cross-Border Logistics Operations Manager to oversee warehouse entry reservations and the full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse.

The role requires 3+ years in cross-border operations, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and fluency in Chinese and English. Prior customs or cross-border trade training is preferred, with strong data analysis and reporting abilities expected.

• Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimizations.
• Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity.
• Generate operation reports and KPI data.

About You

• Industry Experience: 3 years or above
• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English
• Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred
