JD.COM is seeking a logistics professional to monitor transportation quality metrics daily, analyze root causes, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on on-time delivery, handover, and reducing exceptions to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in logistics or related fields, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Chinese and English to coordinate with regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Transportation quality monitoring: track key KPIs daily (on-time delivery, on-time handover, exception rate).
• Quality issue analysis: root-cause analysis for late arrivals, missed loading, vehicle issues, pickup delays.
• Quality improvement initiatives: develop and coordinate corrective actions with teams and suppliers; track results.
• Exception closure management: follow up on issues, drive recurring problem reduction.
• Standards development: create and improve transportation quality standards and procedures.

• Transportation Quality Monitoring: Monitor B2B transportation quality KPIs on a daily basis, with a focus on key indicators such as on-time delivery rate, on-time handover rate, and exception rate, and identify potential quality risks and issues.
• Quality Issue Analysis: Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis for transportation quality issues, including late arrivals, missed loading, vehicle-related issues, and pickup delays, and identify the key process gaps affecting transportation quality.
• Quality Improvement Initiatives: Develop improvement plans for key quality issues, coordinate with relevant teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions, and continuously track and evaluate improvement results.
• Exception Closure Management: Establish a tracking and follow-up mechanism for key quality issues, conduct targeted improvement initiatives for recurring and systemic problems, ensure effective issue closure, and reduce the recurrence rate.
• Quality Standards Development: Develop and improve transportation quality standards, exception handling procedures, and quality improvement mechanisms, and promote the standardization and regional implementation of proven improvement solutions.

About You

1、3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related fields. Experience in transportation quality improvement is preferred.

2、Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues through data, conduct root cause analysis, and develop effective improvement measures.

3、Strong quality awareness and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to drive issues from identification through to effective closure.

4、Experience in line-haul transportation, B2B logistics, or cross-border transportation in Europe is preferred.

5、Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
