Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a CRM & Digital Marketing professional to lead activation of customer data and develop end-to-end CRM strategies across email, push, and in-app channels. You will refine multi-channel communications, drive retention, and collaborate on data-driven marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Digital Marketing and CRM, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong SQL/AMPScript skills.

Formación

• 2–3 years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and other programming languages.
• Ability to leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights.
• Commercially savvy, analytical and data‑driven.
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Organized, responsible and proactive; able to manage time effectively.
• Fluent English communication; able to motivate teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan across channels (email, push, in-app).
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Support technical setup of campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure campaigns have clearly defined, measurable success metrics and own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses.
