Fever is seeking a CRM Engineer in Madrid to turn user data into actionable CRM improvements. You will define segmentation frameworks, measure engagement impact, automate reporting, and translate findings into CRM strategies for cross-functional teams.

The role blends data, strategy, and customer engagement to help Fever retain and grow its global user base. English is essential; Spanish is a plus. Hybrid work with a central Madrid office.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of data analytics or CRM analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.

Responsabilidades

• Design segmentation models, cohorts, and analytics frameworks for a global user base.
• Define CRM measurement and attribution methodologies for campaigns.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to automate reporting dashboards and data products.
• Define audience targeting logic and personalisation rules for CRM initiatives.
• Identify growth levers across lifecycle and propose data-driven strategies.
