Quince, a fast-growing EU retailer, is seeking a Senior Category Manager, Home EU to own end-to-end strategy, assortment, and performance for Home categories across Europe. You will drive revenue, margins, and long-term growth while building a high-quality, customer-focused assortment that delivers value and meets brand standards.

Formación

• 8–10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in home categories.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• Proven track record of growth and ownership of category performance.
• Data-driven with ability to leverage tools and external data sources.
• Strong planning, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; office in EU locations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product strategy and assortment for designated Home categories in the EU.
• Set long-term strategy and may build department from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Marketing to go-to-market strategies in the EU.
• Maximize margins with Supply Chain and Sourcing.
• Analyze data to drive decisions on sales, margin, and returns.
• Work with Design, Creative, Planning, Marketing to meet brand requirements and in-stock goals.
• Onboard best-in-class vendors and expand the source base.
• Refine product roadmap based on new information and learnings.
• Build site merchandising strategy and PDP improvements roadmap.
