Fever is seeking a CRM Engineer based in Madrid to turn user data into actionable insights that help Fever retain and grow its global user base. You will define customer segmentation, measure CRM initiatives, automate reporting, and translate findings into CRM strategies executed by the broader team.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to build reporting pipelines, dashboards, and data products that track CRM performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 2–5 years of data-analytical experience sought.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain segmentation models and cohort analyses.
• Define measurement methodologies for CRM initiatives.
• Translate analyses into actionable CRM recommendations.
• Collaborate to build automated reporting pipelines and dashboards.
• Define audience targeting logic and personalization rules.
• Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle.
• Support cross-functional alignment on CRM strategy.
