Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a SFMC Engineer in Madrid. You will turn user data and business questions into insights to strengthen Fever’s global CRM and retention strategies.

You’ll define segmentation, measure engagement impact, automate reporting, and translate findings into concrete CRM initiatives used by cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a data-analytical role (analytics/BI/CRM).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries independently.
• Python or R experience for analysis and automation.
• Ability to communicate data findings to non-technical audiences.
• High level of English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer segmentation models and behavioral analytics.
• Define measurement and attribution methodologies for CRM initiatives.
• Translate questions into analyses and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate to build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards, and data products.
• Work with CRM team to define audience targeting and personalization logic.
• Identify growth levers across lifecycle and propose data-backed strategies.
