Job Description

As a CRM Consultant, you will help drive impactful customer experiences by designing and optimizing CRM solutions. You’ll turn data into actionable insights, streamline customer journeys, and support teams in strengthening relationships and boosting business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end CRM campaigns.
  • Coordinate teams and processes to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Analyze historical data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Define CRM strategies, forecast results, and plan upcoming campaigns.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and key metrics.
  • Support brand teams with data-driven recommendations.
  • Create clear, effective reports and dashboards.
Qualifications

What you bring to the team:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on CRM experience, managing end‑to‑end campaigns and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Advanced Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • A digital‑first mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot or Braze.
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • B2B experience or additional CRM‑related training.
