Job summary

Amplifon is seeking a CRM Specialist to identify growth opportunities and deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns across customer touchpoints to boost engagement, revenue, and loyalty.

You will develop segmentation, monitor engagement, and execute lifecycle-driven campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and the Amplifon App. Collaboration with Corporate, CRM, Call Center and Retail teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Marketing or Campaign Management.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and journey mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI reporting and customer behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, email, WhatsApp and apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies using data and analytics.
• Monitor engagement and conversion patterns, optimizing campaigns across touchpoints.
• Execute multichannel, behavior- and lifecycle-based campaigns across email, WhatsApp, store calls and apps.
• Collaborate on loyalty, referral and Member-Get-Member programs.
• Lead CRM initiatives for store openings and network development.
• Provide CRM reporting on growth, engagement and campaign impact.
