Job summary

Town Web is seeking a highly creative marketing leader to head the department and shape multi-channel campaigns for municipal software tools. You will own strategy, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing, coordinating with product and sales to drive early pilots and customer adoption.

You’ll oversee a small team, work closely with copywriters, product managers, and data engineers, and push for bold ideas while ensuring flawless execution across channels.

Qualifications

• Extremely creative and ambitious marketing leader with proven results.
• Experience leading a marketing function and taking ownership of its outcomes.
• Ability to differentiate a crowded category with original ideas.
• Comfort using AI as a central part of the workflow and some coding aptitude.
• Hands-on experience with paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Bing) and SEO/GEO guidance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and positioning across the portfolio and EOS cadence.
• Build a qualified pipeline through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead full-channel execution (conferences, webinars, direct mail, PR, paid, digital).
• Oversee lifecycle marketing from first touch to trial-to-customer with proper tracking.
• Review copy, design, campaigns, and launches to ensure quality.
