Job summary

Town Web Design is seeking an exceptionally creative marketing leader to head our department. You will own strategy, campaigns, and multi-channel execution across HeyGov, ClerkMinutes, and Town Web platforms, driving demand and revenue while executing with discipline and creativity.

You'll lead a team of writers, product marketers, and analysts, collaborating with Sales and Product to launch new initiatives and optimize performance across channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Led a marketing function and accountable for its results.
• Able to make a traditional or crowded category stand out with original ideas.
• Experience with paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Bing; SEO/GEO via AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and EOS cadence across the portfolio and department.
• Demand and revenue generation through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Full-channel execution: conferences, webinars, direct mail, PR, outbound, digital and paid.
